I want to take a minute to update my review regarding Forever Green. While my experience is still a great one, I want to take a minute to recognize the person that has truly made our property a great one in all things landscaping, my account manager, Marcus. He hands down takes the vendor/property experience to another level. He is quick to provide me feedback and ideas to keep my property looking top tier. While I know he is over quite a few properties, he has never made me feel when I need to reach out that I am a bother, or just a number. He keeps my budget in mind and helps come up with solutions that are cost effective and pretty! He also does his very best to make sure I don't have ugly flowers ever, and I truly appreciate that lol! Since my property has been in Marcus's hands, I have had very little times I need to reach out to the home office (because he does it all for me), but I want to make sure to highlight Donna in the office as well! She truly is such a gem and always so sweet to talk to. We have worked together for many years and have built a great working relationship/friendship and she always makes me feel heard and important when I call her. These two truly are the reason I can say I have not even thought about another landscaping company, and look forward to our continued working relationship for the coming years!

Forever Green is the landscaping company we partner with at the property I manage, and our account manager, Marcus, has been exceptional. He consistently addresses our concerns, provides outstanding customer service, and goes above and beyond to ensure our landscaping is well cared for. He even came onsite to check our newly planted bushes and cover them as needed to protect them from the weather. I have had a great working relationship with Forever Green for going on 4 years and look forward to a continued one as the years go on. In the past I had some concerns that were quickly taken care of by the owner of the company with a personal phone call to discuss what I was dealing with and providing great solutions to get things back on track. The account manager I have, Kevin Smith, is fantastic! He has been excellent with communication and helping provide feedback in regards to what he suggests for the property. With his help and the service I have been receiving, I have recently brought them on to my second property. I appreciate the team so much, as landscaping is not my strength, so I will continue to leave that to these guys!

Very great company and the mechanic is the best

We are a condo community with 95 units. We have used two other companies in the last 10 years and were very disappointed with both. Within 3 weeks Forever Green was well on the way to restoring our landscaping to it’s original look. David, our account manager and Ned, our crew foreman are awesome.

Just today had a really good experience with a new crew leader "..from Kentucky..." who was overseeing the work at my community (Park Place) in Hanahan. Not his fault, but in the past there have been some issues with equipment and proximity to my vehicles - so he was polite about my complaint, professional, and kept his cool the entire time even though it was pretty clear that I was agitated.
